Christmas Meal and Christmas Market

Philippines
December 18, 2016 5:05pm CST
What a long busy day! We had an early Christmas Meal in the house before people leave for the holidays. We had turkey, smoked gammon, baked parsnips, potatoes, carrots, and brussel sprouts. We had wine and non-alcoholic beer. We also had mince pie with brandy sauce but i choose to eat chocolate cake! I also made a simple crowns for everybody. I had to use whatever materials available. Luckily, we had small sparkly stars, santa clause, and trees that i decorated in the crown. I used white bond paper cause i didn't have enough time to use a coloured paper. Glad that they liked it! Later in the afternoon, co-workers shared food to the community. We are from different countries- Philippines, China, South Korea, Germany, Japan, Colombia and Venezuela. We prepared enough food for everybody and we still have a few leftovers! We also had a short gathering and we were singing Christmas songs and played instruments. It was a great Sunday! And now i'm totally shattered!!! Exhausted and tired and sleepy! Haha! Enjoyed today! What were you up to today?

I'd say you had a wonderful early Christmas celebration with your friends today. Reading of all the foods you had made me quite hungry.

@therealmaryyy I spent 22 months in Korea and learned to enjoy a number of Korean dishes. Bulgogi was my favorite.
