Claudia came for lunch. She made a delicious sauce to go with pasta. There were fresh mushrooms and big shrimps. She brought the cilantro and did the work. She started to talk about her need for a sort of pot. And she described a crockpot. We don´t have them here, but I have an electric pot where you could cook many things. Basically, you can cook rice. But you can also make a sort of paella. Leticia brought it, she looked at it, she thought about it and decided that I could give that for Christmas. Not fair, I said. I already bought you a present far less expensive. She did not listen. When she gave me her good bye kiss, she had the pot under her arm. I wonder if I´ll have anything to leave them when I die.

Ha ha - she wasn't leaving without the pot. I love cilantro in just about anything.

No. Leticia asked her if she was going to say goodbye. She answered that first she had to put the pot in her car

I would have prefer basil or parsley over cilantro in my sauce.

This was very nice with cilantro. BTW, my basil plants are growing fast.

Why are we always thinking of what we are going to leave our children?
