No oceans, Scott!

This being the Christmas Season, and our boys being home for Christmas, we are watching one or two Christmas movies every evening. The title of this post is from one of those movies. Can you guess which one? What are your favorite holiday season movies? My wife and I have a fairly large collection of movies based on Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol," from the first talky version made in London up through the latest Disney treatment with Jim Carrey as Scrooge.

LOL, no. I do have the version of A Christmas Carol with GC Scott as Scrooge, but that's not the movie this line is from.

There are about 50 movies I watch every year and have now seen quite a few of them. Miracle On 34th Street the original, A Christmas Carol with GC Scott, The Polar Express, Frosty The Snowman, Its A Wonderful Life are just a few of them.

All of those are on the playlist for our house. We usually watch 4 or 5 versions of a Christmas Carol. One of our favorite is the Bill Murray version, Scrooged. We save it for Christmas Eve most years.
