I cannot rise early what to do!

Guys I don't know whether you have faced such problems. Lately I cannot rise early. It affects normal life.
Earlier I was rising within 6:30 but nowadays I am too late. This affects my normal routine though. I am late for office and also next day feel tired.
What do you suggest guys should I take off day or what.

Try to sleep early and you will get up early too.

That's right! Early to bed; early to rise. I usually sleep at 8:30 to 9PM and wake up at 4AM for our early dawn walk at the ovals. These days however, I wake up as early as 3AM for the Aguinaldo masses. I even wake up as early as 2:15.

May be you are in a place where winter is going on. If then it is quite normal, anyone will love to be under the blanket especially in morning hours. Even I am facing it, I get up from bed then also sitting thinking whether to up or to be in bed again. But my children must off to school in time so I can't be irresponsible

May be I have to take some day off to replenish. I am also planning to go to bed earlier but do you know how to.

Even I have the same problem. I cannot wake up early in the morning. I feel very tired when I wake up.
If you feel very tired you should definitely take one day off so that you take proper rest and start a fresh day next day...

I think you just have to identify the cause of that problem, first. If it's sleeping late, then sleep earlier than usual. It could be a lot of other reasons too - worry, stress, etc.
