Makes people wanna bake? Have you seen all those posts that talk about so many scrumptious delights you can't even think where to begin?
Makes people start to reminisce about past family traditions? Boy, I've seen a few that I wish had been my tradition, oh well, can't have everything, can we.
Makes people wanna to hide under the cover til spring? Yeah, you know what I'm talkin about, everybody has snow or other freezing cold stories that makes me wanna crawl under the covers even though it's not that cold here.
Well, I've been reminiscing too and found old photos that I've been sharing then I come across one of my sweet Spunky in the only box that he could actually fit in. He was such a sweetie.
Is your kitty finding it hard to fit into a shoe box?

all i can say is in the northeast it adds extra heat to the house..so why not bake..
i don't think any of my cats would fit in a shoebox.way too big.

Well 'tis the season to be merry, and what better way to be merry than eat good food? Baked goodies make people happy. 
Celebrating with lots of food is fun and should be a happy occasion. Although yeah sometimes I wanna hide away to not be bothered with all the people coming together but then again it's only a few times a year that the Holidays come around so let's just eat and be merry.

Mt. Olive pickle company is here in NC. It's located about 50 or so miles from where I live. I love their pickles. It's amazing that cats can curl up in so many places.

i think it's because of the holidays and because it's cold. baking probably helps heat up the house?
i'm basing it off things i read since we have no snow here near the equator. and maybe that's why not many people bake here, either.

Spunky is adorable and I don't have a cat to jump into a shoe box.
I also want spring to come, I hate cold weather and since my favorite sport is swimming, I much prefer to 80 plus degree weather.
As for baking, I like to bake, I just don't have as much time as I used to.

@rebelann I've learned how to work the wireless scanner....so that improves the odds of me getting that photo on mylot.

Yes, that does seem to be the theme for most. I've already overindulged too much, all my pants have shrunk so it's back to normal portions for me.

My kitty (the last one) would fish in our fish tank. He slept in a chair... I baked cookies for three days, have tins for the kids to take home and a tin full for people who stop by.
