My man has a new little puppy

My mans family has always had dogs and bred beagles.
Since I have known him he lived places that wouldn't allow dogs (my house included).
For Christmas he bought his son a brown lab. He got it yesterday but his son is at his mothers until tomorrow so he doesn't know about it yet.
He is bringing it over later tonight so we can spend time together and my kids and I can play with the puppy. It is 9 weeks old. I've known about it for a few weeks so I can't wait to get to play with it. They are so fun at this age.
I updated this with a photo of the puppy that my daughter took with my ipod.

Fun enjoy your time playing with the puppy. That sucks your place or your mans don't allow dogs. Sounds like when and if you guys get a place together you will need a place that allows pets.

@Tina30219 I have one who is only indoors. She stayed well away from the puppy. She hid upstairs all night it was funny.

My son wants a dog so bad now but I don't want one. I told him it will be more fun like this so we can visit it and it will be exciting since we won't see it all the time. She was a sweet little thing when she slept lol when she was awake she bit constantly. I told my man to stop at the store to get a teething bone for her before he picks up his son. I gave her the rope on my housecoat to chew on so we could pet her. I have a lot of scratches from her teeth.

@shaggin I hope you're ok from the scratches. She is in the biting stage then. My boyfriend wants a dog too, since he grew up with one but I'm not a dog person. And dogs need plenty of time and attention...

I didn't realize I hadn't posted one of her other then this one. She has doubled in size since this photo was taken. My mother and father had Boston terriers and the first one we never had full grown was smaller then my boyfriend's puppy that is about 13 weeks and no where near full grown.

How lovely to have a new puppy. And Labradors seem a great choice.

I will enjoy this one because it will just be visiting and not destroying my home as my cats did over the years.

I love little puppies. They are so full of joy and innocence. I usually tickle and put them on their backs. They love it. But their nips and claws can do some damage!. Hope you get a chance to play with them!

My parents raised two litters of Boston Terriers when I was young. They bit but not anything like this little puppy. She bites constantly and it hurts so bad.
