This is a positive post for once lately...Lol. If you knew me a few years ago you would know my marriage was seriously on the rocks. My husband had an injury, got addicted to pain medicine he was prescribed, didn't want to work after he healed and he changed into a different person right before my eyes. It was a horrible time for my family. We separated so he could work on himself without the distraction of us hindering him.
Fast forward three years...God has given me a new, amazing husband with a new love for the Lord, his family and life in general. It's amazing to me how much this man has changed and how hard he now works for us.
Christmas Eve this year was the FIRST year (In 12 years) my husband stayed up all night with me wrapping presents and helping me get everything done-after we spent 4 hours in the ER with our baby. It was so incredible! And totally unexpected.
The older he gets the more mature he gets and the more he impresses me so much in every way.
He loves making me happy again and it means the world to me. I am so grateful to have him by my side and to have someone that tries so hard to please me. He's such a good husband and father.
A few years can make a BIG difference in someone, it's amazing! Every day we fall more and more in love with each other. =)

You are so fortunate to have this man. I made bad choices and never did find a good one. But, I did learn alot about life from each one so that was good. I am so happy to hear that he has made this change. What a wonderful gift.

You truly are blessed Jennifer. I love to hear when people can make a marriage work. All too often people throw in the towel and walk away without batting an eye. Kudos to your husband for beating the demons.
