A Calendar and a Lamp...

...those are the two things that I ordered for myself today. More than likely I'll come across a "free" calendar somewhere just because I ordered one.
I don't think I asked for a new desk lamp for Christmas, but I've needed one for a while. Mine broke some time ago, and I've missed it. The lamp that I ordered is very similar to the one I had -- it clamps onto the edge of a desk, has a swivel arm and in the middle is a hinge.
The calendar I bought is of Thomas Kinkade paintings with accompanying KJV scripture.
The last thing that I'd like to get for myself is a new purse, The strap on the one I have broke some time ago on one side, but technically it's still usable, so that I chose to get last. I probably won't get that until the other two items come.
Is there anything that you are getting for yourself before the year ends ?

Im trying to hold off for a awhile because we will be moving soon. But since Im starting some new projects I will probably be getting some yarn and maybe some new crochet hooks the ones I have now are very old and worn. I seen these new lighted ones that I want to try out.

@xstitcher that's what I said I seen someone talking about them on a crochet group Im in on facebook and I searched for it on Amazon. They look pretty neat they should be good for when Im working on something at night and dont want a big bright light on.

These are just things that I've wanted for a while 'cause I needed them and/or they broke. The next thing I need to get (maybe in January) is a new purse, as the strap on mine broke some time ago.
