Yes, I'm going to post a celebrity post. I don't usually. I don't follow or gossip about celebrities. However, the passing of Carrie Fisher is hard felt. My youngest was born when Episode IV A New Hope was in theaters. He has been a Star Wars fan ever since. He has figures, Legos, mugs, and collector plates I got him years ago. He has seen every movie, and for the early ones I went with him. Though, the first one I went with his father, standing in a long line and ended up being ten minutes late into the theater.
He began collecting Star Wars figures as soon as he was old enough. I called him when I heard the news and he had also heard it.
Carrie Fisher was a spunky Princess Leia. Her mother is Singer Debbie Reynolds and her father was Actor Eddie Fisher. Yes, she acted in other films. However, she will be best remembered as Princess Leia from Star Wars.
R.I.P. Carrie Fisher.

Yes, she will be missed. I saw her on HBO one time about two years ago now. She had a comedy stent on there. She was very good. I guess her first role was in Shampoo with Warren Beatty. She was interesting.

I'm only sad for her mom and siblings. She had a good life, an interesting one, and one that was also rather tragic at times. But she entertained millions and went out on top, never had to get old and helpless. I'm happy for her, she had a good ride on this roller coaster of life.

@just4him it is also sad because her character in Star wars still show her in the pink of health;i wonder how the producers will show the movie goers and fans about her unexpected demise as Princess Leia
