Waste of 3 hours

So I ended up sick again for no reason puking today and couldn't hold anything down. Well, my husband took time out of his job again to take me to ER. Needless to say I sat there for 3 hours and still didn't get seen so I messaged my husband to come back and get me and he did. I told the ER people if I got worse I would come back. I had a bad feeling I knew what it was and it was because I am doing better since. My zinc level was high....not good. Well, hopefully I am fully better very soon. I can't stand being sick anymore. Its been too long.

Never go to the ER unless you're in an ambulance! If you're well enough to walk they won't pay any sort of attention to what's going on. Better to call your regular doctor to get an appointment.. and if they think it's serious enough they'll send you to the ER and call ahead for you so you get in faster.

Why was your zinc level high and how do you bring it down and prevent this.
