[b]Happy New Year!/b] It's already 2017 here. I am taking a few challenges started in January, and this is one of them. The theme for 31 Days of Yoga with Adriene this year is Revolution, and the goal is to be present. This is one of my goals for this year, and I also plan to practice yoga more consistently in 2017 too, so this challenge is good for me. Do you practice yoga always? I do not do Yoga, I don't think I could. They do some really complicated things with their bodies.

I used to think I wouldn't be able to do yoga too, but there was once my friend invited me to join a free yoga class with her, and I started to love practicing yoga. As beginner, we can just start with something very simple, and slowly we'll improve our body flexibility. I don't aim to do those complicated or advanced poses, I'd just like to have more exercises, stretches and the calmness while doing yoga. It's a good mindfulness practice for me too.

@kaka135 I have a video, maybe I will stick it in and see what I can do. It is amazing to watch some of those positions and see what the human body can actually do.

I used to think yoga is boring when I was younger too. Now that I am growing older and perhaps I am getting more boring too, so I enjoy this! It's not boring to me now.

Yes, one of my goals for this year is to do more exercise and practice yoga as well. I am glad I have just found this challenge for free just before 2017. Hope we will get to exercise more and be healthy too!
