My challenge in 2017: 31 Days of Yoga with Adriene

[b]Happy New Year!/b] It's already 2017 here. I am taking a few challenges started in January, and this is one of them.
The theme for 31 Days of Yoga with Adriene this year is Revolution, and the goal is to be present. This is one of my goals for this year, and I also plan to practice yoga more consistently in 2017 too, so this challenge is good for me.
Do you practice yoga always? Do you have any challenges to take in the new year?

I used to think I wouldn't be able to do yoga too, but there was once my friend invited me to join a free yoga class with her, and I started to love practicing yoga. As beginner, we can just start with something very simple, and slowly we'll improve our body flexibility. I don't aim to do those complicated or advanced poses, I'd just like to have more exercises, stretches and the calmness while doing yoga. It's a good mindfulness practice for me too.
