Emerald City On NBC?

Now I don't keep up with anything that's currently being aired. It has to be atleast season or two behind as I stream most of my stuff via my firestick.
That means, Hulu (with it's various networks), Netflix and Amazon Instant Video. Now amazon is cool because I can "subscribe" to networks and I have. Of course it can get a bit costly, so I've subscribed to a few and cancel them when I don't need them, or they don't interest me anymore.
Anyway, Emerald City was actually advertised on Hulu. It's a pretty cool looking show and is based off of The Wizard of Oz. It's something I think I would like to watch. It's more "dark" than anything but still intriguing.
It's supposed to air on NBC, so I might have to find out when it comes on and hope it's a time I can use the cable in the rest of the house. I don't have the cable in my room, as like I said before, I don't watch much current t.v.
Has anyone else seen this previewed? Or it would be something you are interested in?

I don't have cable and am not much interested in TV shows. We do watch some movies, and we have Netflix for that.
We were looking at Starz yesterday.. but you have to have Amazon Prime to subscribe to it... just more ways for them to try to get more money out of you.. as if the $8 a month isn't bad enough!

@katsmeow1213 Yes, sometimes amazon has renting specials for 99 cents. I don't mess around much with amazon though.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I rent a lot from Amazon. I usually redeem Amazon gift cards on Swagbucks and Mypoints etc so I can rent or buy movies on Amazon. I didn't do the 99cent movies though.. we saw Ratatouille and Meet The Robinsons..

On hulu?
I try to get as many things free as possible. I know you said you dont' really like amazon and I'm not the biggest fan myself. However, they do have some shows (in the past) that I have found interesting. I keep amazon prime mostly for kindle unlimited and two day (though it's been more three day here lately) shipping.
+ I can buy movies through them and it helps when there are bored kids here.
