Insomnia

For the past few weeks, it gets pretty difficult for me to sleep every night. Usually I would sleep around 2-3 AM but since college is reopening soon, I tried to change my sleeping schedule back to 10 PM or earlier. Of course that the sleeping pattern can't really be changed that quick unless you did some intense activity during the day which causes you to become very tired, so I tried to make myself get on bed 15 minutes earlier for each night. For example, Night 1: 1:45 AM, Night 2: 1:30 AM, Night 4: 1:15 AM, and so on. Even though I tried doing that, I can't seem to sleep until it is past 3 AM. I even tried going to bed at like 10 PM but still, I kept on rolling on bed all night until the clock shows 2 or 3 AM. Is there any way that I can simply change my sleeping schedule, or maybe I should just do intense activities every single day :/

Exert yourself all through the day... You will fall asleep as soon as you will lie down.on bed

Sometimes, I can be very lazy during the day so I don't really do much activity.

I get tired most of the time... even when I feel like sleeping, I still won't be able to haha.

I can understand having trouble sleeping, as its happening to me also. Several people have told me to exercise more, so that I'll feel tired. We will see how that works later in the week.

Do not drink anything with caffeine in it a couple hours before you want to go to sleep.

Thanks for the advice! I rarely drink caffeinated drinks though, since I mostly drink water lol.

When I wanted to sleep early I do my work out before going to bed. Works like a charm to me.
