About Half Way Through My Bottle of Eggnog

Lucky me... I'm the only one who likes eggnog! That alone amazes me to no end. Who doesn't like eggnog, but I did once ask my FB friends and about 5 people liked it and the rest, and there were a lot... hated it! So right now all is well with my world. My eggnog has a generous dollop/helping (neither sound right lol) of rum and I'm having a great afternoon. The sad part is when this bottle is gone... there is no more until next year!! Now how sad is that?? On the other hand, if I had it year round, it wouldn't be something to look forward to every Christmas. Now where I luck out is the fact that no one else IN MY FAMILY will drink it!!
How do you like your eggnog... if you like it at all??

How about a 'splash' of rum? That sounds about right to me. And yes, some things are better enjoyed as a special treat rather than year round.

I have not had egg nog in years.When we were over my sis in law for dinner she asked me if I like an egg nog.
then I said to you have brandy.Yes,then I will have some.
I must say that it was so good.I only had one as you know how sweet this it.Have you put brandy in yours?

I don't like it at all but I know quite a few people who enjoy rum and eggnog over the holidays.
