Milk Fish for Dinner

after a long day!! Ha! we're frying milk fish for dinner and/or supper and of course rice! our friend took an exam today so she needs real food! hahaha! after all those questions drained her brain hehe how was your day?

milk fish is the sole living species in the family Chanidae... they sometimes call it Chanos Chanos?

@1creekgirl it taste like any other ordinary fish meat :) we mostly fry it. sometimes you cook it like soup fish or prepare it like Ceviche.. we usually cook the fish with vinegar, a little bit of lemon then spices :)
