milk fish is the sole living species in the family Chanidae... they sometimes call it Chanos Chanos?

@1creekgirl it taste like any other ordinary fish meat :) we mostly fry it. sometimes you cook it like soup fish or prepare it like Ceviche.. we usually cook the fish with vinegar, a little bit of lemon then spices :)
