This is what i am feeling now. Sleepy . I had a good night sleep, i am not at all deprived. I had mu lunch some 1:30 hours back, and i was back working on a report. Now the work is so monotonous, i think that is what is making me sleepy. I can literally feel my eyes heavy May be i will walk down for a strong cup of coffee. Ever felt same? What do u do if yes?

I taught one of the myltoters here what to do if ever she gets sleepy at work. Meditate for 5 minutes, close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing. After 5 minutes, slowly open your eyes and you'll feel refreshed. If you're doing yoga then you should know that it works, all the time!

Actually we have two sleeping pattern , as i have read in a health book . One is during the night and the other one is after lunch . I lack sleep so during our snacktime at 10:00 i eat my early lunch . So, during our one hour lunch break at 12:00-1:00 i catch a power nap for 20 minutes . I feel energetic and not sleepy at all , after lunch .

I get up and walk around when I feel sleepy. Talk to someone too if possible

Sometimes, after lunch time I feel sleepy, specially when there is a little work to attend to. Therefore, I try to remain active or would go to meet any of my friends in office, so as not to feel lazy.

When I worked and got sleepy I would get up and walk around. Getting a nice hot cup of coffee will work for you.

I don't recall feeling sleepy at work, but maybe it was because i had a few coffees during the day.

Some people feel sleepy after having lunch -- I suppose that is why some countries have "siesta"
