Yes, you read it correctly. I have a corn on my finger. Actually I have 4 tiny ones and one big enough to really hurt. I have never had one before and wondered if anyone knows of a way to treat them? It's on my right hand and exactly the spot where my pen rests on my finger. I have figured out how eat cereal in a different way so that the spoon doesn't rest on the spot, but writing is a whole different story. I'm assuming it will go away if nothing touches it, but if I can find a way to hasten the healing process... I really want to know.
And no, nothing about my DNA sample having arrived in Ireland and I check numerous times a day!!

That sounds unusual. I remember my Mum slicing tiny pieces off the corn on her foot with a safety razor blade.

I think that I figured it out... its not a corn at all but a writers bump or something. I just have to learn how to hold a pencil differently. The pain is incredible. Have never seen anything like these bumps before.

@Hate2Iron I would hate not being able to write - although it would be worse not to be able to type.
