Movie suggestions?

I just got home from watching a movie with my friends, but it took us over fifteen minutes to finally find a movie we wanted to watch. So, I was hoping all you MyLotters could maybe help me out since we'll probably want to watch one tomorrow again and I don't want to waste all that time again. So, what movies do you all suggest? I don't go out to the movies, well, ever, so don't assume I've seen anything even if it was super popular. Also, it would be helpful if it's free on Amazon Prime or on Netflix, but I'm sure we could find it online if it's really that great of a movie ;) Thanks!

I prefer romcoms, but everyone else prefers more comedy or based on true story-type movies.

@supercalifredge Drama (based on a true story). It's a great movie!
From the studio that brought you Heaven Is For Real, don't miss the incredible true story, now available on Digital and coming to Blu-ray and DVD on July 12,...

Yup, that's true. The language barrier sometimes does that.

One I've seen lately that I really loved was Hunt for the Wilder People but then I'm 70 so what appeals to me may not appeal to you and your friends! But I can relate to wasting a lot of time trying to choose a film to watch.

Ooh, that does look interesting- thanks! And yeah, it can be hard to find a movie that really appeals to you in the moment.

I love watching TCM (Turner Classic Movies) and seeing the old, black and white movies. So many of them are romantic comedies and made the way movies should be made. I love that they are free and I tend to check the channel often to see what movies are coming up that I might like so I can record them and have them ready to watch on a day like yesterday when it was snowing all day and there just was nothing else to do!

I recommend a film called The President's Analyst with James Coburn. Kind of an offbeat comedy. It's an unfairly forgotten gem, imo.
