The Magnificent Seven

If you watched the original The Magnificent Seven, then you might be expecting a movie similar to that one. Be prepared this one isn't going to make you happy, if that is what you want to see. There are many things you can pick apart and I found several issues. We rented it from the library and I won't be buying this one. Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt and Ethan Hawke star in this one. I don't want to give away big details, as some of you might want to watch it still. There are 7 magnificent people and they want to see justice. I wanted to see justice, so was ready to watch. Its predictable and there are no surprises. Expect a lot of death and violence.

Most remakes are not as good as the original. I loved the old Magnificent Seven - and from what you've written here I won't want to spoil those memories by looking at this recent version.

I might describe it as a different movie based on the same story line but nothing like the original. I didn't find any deep meanings mostly pass me a glass of the hard stuff and watch me drink it right down cause I am man type movie.
