Morning everyone, Hope that everyone is warm and toasty this morning! Just counting down the day before spring arrives. Not really sure what to expect here in Manitoba. In Ontario, where we used to live, I'm not even sure that spring exists any more. For the past few years, we have gone from a really cold winter, to a slightly less cold winter (called spring) and then straight into summer when June arrives. I was reading that the planting season for Manitoba still arrives on the 24th of May weekend... (just a week before summer hits lol) So is there actually a springtime anymore?? And, then there is the Manitoba floods that I have yet to see. With all the snow that we have right now... it could be interesting. From what I have been reading... we already have an entire winter's worth already!

Actual Springtime is for a brief time. Not sure about Manitoba but here it doesn't really warm up until the end of May. There is still a lot of winter left. It has really only just begun.

I'M sure that we had great springtimes when I was a kid. A light jacket was all that was required... and that was definitely before summer would hit!

Good morning. And yes the weather has been strange the past years. And when summer does come it be extremely hot to wear it's not even comfortable.

I live in New Zealand where it is meant to be summer at the moment, but I think she's gone on holiday at the moment.

Sounds like you are learning all the time there. I hope you won't have floods. Is that likely where you are?
