It just turned midnight and my son is still not asleep. I really am trying to get him to sleep earlier and all night. I blame myself because I have been slacking on my own waking up early and so does he. No more, now that I am buckling down with my dieting and exercising I will be doing the same with my sleeping schedule. We will wake up early, get ready for our day, eat a healthy breakfast, be active and exercise and the rest of the day will hopefully follow suit. I will be sure to be active and wear my son out as well as myself. Lets hope I can get this down sooner than later. How early do you wake up to start your day? What is your breakfast of choice?

We're often up at 5 or 6am but sometimes it is a bit later. I don't have breakfast but Vince has toast and Vegemite.

I can't start waking up that early. I will be waking at 8am and waking my son as well. Lately we have been getting up between 10 and 11 so it gives us a couple hours more of day time.

Oh sometimes this happens to me even... They dont sleep on time... I wake up at 4.30 or 5...
