Five Ways To Make Your Life Better

Do you want a better life than you have right now? I think we all would like to make improvements on our present circumstances, whether it be our health, our income, our family relationships, our job or whatever.
Here are a few suggestions that I found in one of my notebooks.
1. For your health: Exercise, Walk, Workout and Dance
Do something for someone – preferably without that person knowing it. It will warm your heart and make you feel better about yourself.
2. For family relationships: Hug and kiss your family members. Tell them you love them OFTEN. Don’t go to bed without clearing up misunderstandings with those you love.
3. For your job: Be kind to your workmates. Express your gratitude to someone at work. You might be surprised how much better your workmates respond and your work environment improves.
4. For yourself: Insist on making a contribution to the world. Make a plan for tomorrow. Remember the true meaning of your life and don’t forget your prayers and giving thanks to God for what you have.
5. For your emotional health: Read something inspiring. Appreciate the beauty of nature.

I try to do whatever I can to make my life better. But the hard part is when I am not feeling good I just cannot get motivated. And the last few days now I have been feeling down. My ear was bothering me so I went to the doctor. I have a slight ear infection which explains why I am tired and out of it. So hopefully with the antibiotic I will feel better soon. MyLot make me feel good in times like this. And I am also trying to help my girlfriend who is sick as well. But it will all pass soon.

@IreneVincent Oh, I know. I am on my second day right now. I will finish them off. I am still not feeling great but hopefully in a day or two I will. My girlfriend is feeling better now but she still has a slight cough. She will be fine. I hate this time of year. I always get sick in the winter. I never fails.

I certainly hope you and your girlfriend feel better soon.
Be sure to take the full course of antibiotics. Don't stop
taking it because you feel better. You must take it all. I'm sure your doctor explained that to you.

The Bible says that there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving. So if a person wants to be truly happy, helping others and being kind to others is imperative.

That is some great advice. There is always things you can do to make your life better. You only life one life why not make it the best it can be?

I don't think we can be reminded too many times about the importance of all of these things. Many persons lack happiness in their lives but following this advice could make a big difference if they would just apply it.
