My sister is stressed at work

I thank God for my eldest sister she's really smart and has strong personality. She is successful in her job and is earning good. She is one of our breadwinner in the family. She pays for my youngest sister tuition fee in college. She pays for my parent's insurance. She pays for some of our appliances and gadgets. She also pays the internet connection. She bought laptop for me and my sister. However lately she has problem with her monthly period it is not normal. She went to see a doctor and the root cause of her irregular menstruation is a lot of STRESS. I hope one day she will be given a time to rest. I hope my sister won't get tired of helping our family when it comes to finances. Hope she can cope up with stress at work. Hope she won't lose her job because we really depend on her. I massage her back, her head and face that's my way of helping her.

I am sorry your sister it suffering from stress. That is a lot for one person to do. Is there any way that anybody else could help out with the financial burden so there is not so much stress on her?

My brother also helps in our finances. She is advise to delegate work so she won't be stress so much

She has a big salary but her job maybe tough. I have another brother who is also helping with expenses but it still there are so many expenses to shoulder

I can understand that. Usually having a well paid and successful career means you have to work harder than others. Nothing come easily. They all come from the efforts. I hope your sister will have a break as it is helpful for her. I hope she will not be so stressful. It really has an effect on the health.

That is so very kind of her to help support your family that way. Things are very different in the United States. I assume your sister lives your you and your parents? I can understand why she is very stressed. Maybe she can take a short rest from work at some point to get her health back in shape.

Yeah I know there's a different culture there. As grown up we don't leave our family. We are still single and have no family of our own but we need to work to pay for all our basic needs. Hope she get a sick leave every now and then as needed

I have a brother who help in the finances too. I have a small time business that helps the family. But there's just so many expenses. We combine all our income and it's enough but she has the biggest income now

Maybe some vitamins will help her. Too much stress is not good for the heart and mind. It also affect the natural hormones of our body.

Yeah natural hormones that's why she has irregular menstruation sometimes twice a month

@averygirl72 She needs to relax sometimes and get plenty of sleep. My elder sis is like that with us too. So when I go visit her or vice versa always make sure to cook some food for her, do the things she likes, help her with some of her errands and buy stuff that she really likes because that is how much I appreciate and love her.
