What can you hear right now? / myLot

If I close my eyes, I can hear the hum of the cars on the road and my next door neighbor talking to someone and I have just noticed what a loud voice she has! She is a lovely lady and always very friendly but man she is loud! What can you hear right now?

I am at work taking a short break. All I can hear is engraving machines running. Not good when I have a headache. :(

@Clairelouiser No not at all. I took a few pills so my head isn't throbbing anymore but its still aching. It is hard to get rid of a headache once you have one here.

I can only hear the ringing in my ears. We are a long way off the highway so I don't hear any traffic noise at the house.

I am not fond of loud people. I think it is lack of good breeding. Right now, I can hear my two grandnephews and my son laughing while playing basketball near my garden.
