I said to myself this morning "just an hour" I have a lot of work to do, and here I am three hours later still prattling on! Do you ever set and stick to a Mylot time limit?

I actually don't set a time limit for mylotting because I am sure I can't follow it.

I might sometimes set a time limit but I never stick to it. :)
