I bought my First-Ever Phone today!!

Finally!! I got myself a new phone!! From previous discussions, i've mentioned that i wanted to buy either an HTC or Huawei phone.. I did buy the HTC 530... and i'm happy cause it has wider screen. I was told that it's unlock but my sim is not working on the new phone. That's the only problem i'm having. I have a week to go back and tell them that my sim is not working. I also bought a heavy duty tough case online with free postage!! Hurray!!
Went to church today and it has been gloomy and cold all day!

Yes i need to go back so that they can check why it's not working. We didn't have enouh time earlier. It's on sale so that's why i bought it before they ran out.
Another problem is the charger! Ahh! I would need an adopter. I thought the one that currently have will fit but it's not.

My first smartphone was an HTC, many years ago. I loved it, but the only thing I didn't like about it was that it was an Android phone. I much prefer Apple products over Droid products, so I eventually upgraded to an iPhone. But, like I said, the HTC was a great phone. I hope you get all the issues taken care of with the phone so that you can enjoy using it!

this is my first HTC phone..android phones are to me are user-friendly gadgets. i haven't used nor own any iPhones or MAC or Apple gadgets.. i know people these days can always find ways to get into everybody's business or personal details. Apple's security has always have issues.

@therealmaryyy Both Android and Apple have their advantages and disadvantages. There was a lot of things on Android that I really loved, and there is a lot of things on Apple that I really love. Both are great systems, and you are going to get a lot of use and function from your HTC phone. One of the funnest things about getting a new phone is the opportunity to play with it and figure out all its possibilities!
