Starting Off the Day Right!

I did not wake up early because after all of that running around yesterday I really needed the rest. I did however have a healthy breakfast that consisted of fruits and nuts. I washed it down with water. I kind of wanted pancakes but no one else did and I didn't want to make so much batter just for one or two pancakes. Also I have no accurate way of measuring how many calories would be in one pancake. For lunch I will most likely have a salad and possibly for dinner as well. I do however have to make dinner for everyone else. We have some ham that I would just have to heat up. I don't know what to make with it though. I'll probably make mashed potatoes and pick a vegetable. I now have to decide what exercise I want to do and get it done. I don't think I am quite up for T25 right now, but I might just try to push through it. Or I might even just do regular workouts like jumping jacks, sit ups/crunches, squats, and possibly push ups though I don't know how many of those I can actually do. What do you think goes well with ham? What did you have for breakfast?

You need to have some protein with the salads.

We don't eat animal products, so can't say anything would go good with ham.. We have fruit in the mornings on most days. When it is terribly cold, we might have oatmeal. There is so much protein in our vegetables and of course, seeds and beans, that meat is not really needed.
