Yesterday I sat Baby Toddler Niece on my knee and we watched the Inauguration of some orange chap who is now the Leader of the Entire World. I wanted her to be able to say, I was there! when she's a somewhat little bit bigger version of herself. She has a fondness for clapping and cheering, so whenever the crowd on the tellybox applauded and cheered, she joined in. Perhaps a little too enthusiastically. Then my MiL turned it over to something less orange and we couldn't play our cheerful clapping game anymore. She's such a spoilsport. *smile*

It seems that he had at least one honest supporter She is too young to understand.

As long as she stops cheering when she becomes old enough to understand, eh?!

When you said "some orange chap" Of course I realized who you were referring to. However, I couldn't help but think that the Chester Cheetah (the character on a bag of cheetos) would be a much better President.

I think my belly button fluff would probably make a better president, but it's neither orange or American, more's the pity!

It's too bad you had to stop you game and miss out on some of the ascension of The Exalted Orange One.
