Are you on regular medication?

I went to the doctor on Friday to discuss a problem I was having with my ear that turned out to be another form of neuralgia. I have two types now, I have to take a tablet twice a day, two anti depressants and a pill to stop my acid reflux. I am only 32, I am not supposed to have gone so far wrong! Do you have to take regular medication? Are you falling apart at the seams like I seem to be!

Yes, after a while it will become a habit. You should take a second and maybe third opinion before you decide to start the medication though.

So far, I have to take vitamin D, which is a bit strange as I mostly eat healthy and walk a lot, especially in the summer

Some people can't seem to take a trick. I'm sorry you are having so many problems at such a young age.
