Tasting Aussie Outback bite size raspberry liquorice

This made in Australia import is something I found at the 99 Cents Store and comes in a 4 oz. package. Not your typical hard chewy licorice but soft chews that practically melt in your mouth. I have never eaten licorice like this before. Taste is excellent with vibrant raspberry flavor. Packaging (yes, there is a kangaroo as part of the design) proclaims no artificial flavors or colors. Delicious candy. Image is from Pixabay.

I have tried them and they are really good. I lie that they are soft and have so much flavor. They also have the black licorice too which is my favorite.

I'm not much of a licorice fan but I would probably give this a try. :-)

@JohnRoberts - I don't think so. Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar General are the only ones I know of.

That sounds really good - I wonder if the soft kind of licorice is Australian style

Oh my, I would love to taste licorice like that. We have the chewy kind here in the USA. I can't imagine they melt in your mouth.

I'm glad you gave it a good review. I've never heard of it and I'm not keen on licorice but I'm glad you enjoyed it.

A double dislike for me, drives my mother mad that I won't eat raspberries and I never touch licorice

This is my first time to see such kind of fruit. They are tempting.
