Quesadillas and Spanish rice,
refried beans nice lunch I saved
one quesadilla and my table mate gave
me one of hers so have two quesadillas'
for my snack tonight. '

I love quesadillas, but not spanish rice. only liked that once, when it was made by a coworkers mexican grammie

@Hatley I just eat a little bit with bites of other things, like the meat, and once the meat is gone, no more rice

Sounds so yummy!! I can't eat the quesadillas yet just had al my top teethe pulled out! UGH!! I miss them so much!!

My sister makes the best quesadillas. I have sampled hers and they are very good. Hubby is not a fan so I don't make them. Nice that your table mate gave you one of hers!
