Here Comes the Withdrawals

I am talking about my withdrawals for junk food. It eventually hits me when I am trying to eat healthier. It is almost like food is my drug addiction which in all honesty it is. I usually do pretty well at beating it and staying true to my wanting to eat healthier. But there are times when it just gets too hard to resist and I end up giving in to temptation. Luckily, there are some things that I crave but that aren't anywhere near us and can't be delivered so I have to just go without. How do you beat any withdrawals, cravings, for bad foods?

I have merely lessen my consumption of junk food at least once or twice a week. These I eat vegetables with soup as well. Just lessen it don't gave yourself a shock.

I read somewhere that it's better to have a little of what you're craving. This will stop the craving and save you eventually bingeing on whatever it is.

I eat junk foods once in a while. Sometimes I give in and take more. It's hard to resist at times
