Do you ever feel like this?

Some of the odd days, all you need is some pampering, some kind words, and some one to make you feel better. then you suddenly realize, oh! I am an independent person, i should not behave this way. In spite of how are you feeling, you have to rush to take care of needs of your family, then may be rush to work, and this need of pampering vanishes while trying to fix things.I feel like this sometimes, and then tell myself, i am an independent person, and a mom too!, I can't afford to be like this. And then i get back to work! p.s- pic owned by google images! What would you do if you ever feel like this?

Being a mom is tiring! But fun too :) I agree, there is no more pampering for us!

@shaynas you can pamper yourself. go to a spa, have your hair done, have your nails done. that is still pampering yourself

If I won't be neglecting an important duty, I would take an hour or two, to revitalize and get myself back on track. Moms are human too.

Yeah, mom's are super humans. They have to get back to take care of kids, instead of how and what they are feeling!

In my opinion it is better to pamper ourselves on our own, rather than waiting for someone to come and pamper us. Besides our own parents, specially mothers, no one would pamper us.

@shaynas There is no one like parents. It would be better not to expect from spouses to pamper us because everyone cannot be lucky. Better pamper yourself by indulging in eating out one's favorite dishes, snacks, sweets, going out for a shopping, going to a beauty parlour (for women) going to an exhibition or to a park nearby.

This is true. No one except our parents can do this to us. Some people are lucky who have got spouses who pamper them, but not all! And yes, we should pamper ourselves :)

@dpk262006 But all these never make you feel as someone coming and asking, if you really need something, or may be understand you before you utter a word!

Although I am dependent, but I also need someone o pamper me because we live in the society. We can't be alone all the time.

It's not about being alone. It's like sometimes you just keep off all your responsibilities and someone else takes care of all your needs....which is not possible when we grow up and have lots to do ! :)

I don;t like feeling like this way. I always fight it by praying. Seeing my husband beside me as i wake up each day is enough to make me strong for each day.

that is the disadvantage of living alone; you also tend to talk to yourself and have some disagrement too, with yourself

Yeah sometimes this happens with me as well. If I ever feel this way I usually tend to isolate myself from everyone which is wrong or nowadays I tend to go out for coffee or something by myself.
