A very sad day

Today I was called and told that @Maggiepie , who's real name was Connie Crouch, passed away this morning.
I know she hadn't been on myLot for several years, even before the bad time of non-payments.
I also know that many of her friends from that time are here.
I posted about this on Facebook, but not everyone is in the FB groups.
I am still struggling with all those things that have to be taken care of with the death of a friend who doesn't have any family in town.
Her priest is taking care of some of them, but there are still legal things that he doesn't have.
I will try to spend time if anyone responds here, but I will probably only be able to do so between things.
Rest in Peace, Constance Xenia Crouch, may the arms of God in all his Aspects and his Most Holy Mother, Mary, Theotokos, comfort you in this time.

This news is so sad. I will be praying for the comfort of everyone that knew and loved her. I remember her and she will be missed by all of her MyLot friends. Thank you for letting us know here and on FB.

i read about it elsewhere here and went to her profile. I was there but do not remember interacting with her. May her soul rest in peace.

Yes I do remember her, but it has been quite awhile since she has been on mylot.
I am sorry to hear of her passing, but she has no worry or pain any longer.
I just hope that all that remember her will get the news. I know there are people here who longer use mylot, and whom might not see the news on the groups either.

I know what you mean. I'm trying to contact everyone I can. I called both of her cousins that I had numbers for and asked one of them to contact the rest of them. None of them live in Austin and she told me that I should do what Connie wished.

I remember Maggiepie and remember debating with her many times on the old myLot.
It is very sad indeed as one by one our online acquaintances and friends disappear.

I am so sorry. When she disappeared from here and some other places years ago, I was afraid she was gone. Then I found her on Facebook but haven't been there much lately. I loved her strong spirit. I'm glad she had you in her life. I wish I'd been in a position to get to know her better. I'll be praying for you.
