Today’s song association is a fun song called “Wild Thing” sung by The Troggs. The wild thing in question is our darling cat Sid. It all started the very first thing in the morning when he woke me up singing like Pavarotti. It simply meant – wake up mom my breakfast is late. Then he went out for awhile. When he came back he ran around a bit and then got very talkative with papa. After they finished rough housing I was hoping that he would go to sleep.
Instead he kept following me around an meowing some more until he got a small handful of dry food. Then he lapped up his water and finally settled down. In the photo you can see the wild thing beside me on a desk upon which we have the other PC I use for watching movies or music videos. With his eyes shining he really does look like a wild thing.
