Well, it isn't dinner time. This is a shame because my belly has started to send signals to the entire workplace that it's feeling empty; the noises it makes are quite entertaining. Unfortunately I have two lessons {and three plus hours} to get through before I can make my tummy happy.
I shall just have to trick it into thinking it's filling up by drinking some water. Water is good. Hydrating. Tasteless. Cleansing. But it isn't food.
Of course, now that I'm thinking about food, it's ALL I can think about. My lunch sits patiently in the fridge, brown rice {or it might be bulger wheat, I forget} and quinoa with tuna and tiny plum tomatoes. And a Babybel Light. Lunch is not complete without a Babybel Light, but I think I like it more for its red plasticky outer shell than its taste.
One could be forgiven for thinking I'm a healthy eater. I am, this week. Next week? Who knows. My tummy is getting pudgy. If I wobble it, like jelly on a plate, it might make me try harder to lose the excess poundage. That would be incredibly useful; it's expensive when your clothes start being too tight!
I can hear my lesson calling me now. It's not very loud so it obviously isn't fussed, but there is a chance of being observed at any time {not good for my anxiety!} so I should show willing.
Tally-ho!

I have been sick during two weeks. When I am sick I am unable to eat healthy. I came back to more healthy food yesterday, may be it's good for us, but sometimes it's boring. I love to play with the little plastic thing that covers the babybell.

@Poppylicious I like to do the same and my husband looks at me as I was a little girl.

I like scrunching it up in my hands and rolling it into a ball!

Lol! Sometimes I am not hungry but craving to a specific pastry, what I do is to also imagine that I am eating cake or cookies with the fruit shakes that I like. I am too lazy to go to a bake shop that is why.

I'll try the pretending it's a cake or biscuit the next time I'm eating an apple. I don't expect it to work though!

It's the cold weather that does it. You'll get chubby, eating what you want, when you want!

@Poppylicious One of the reasons I do so much exercise is so that I can eat constantly!!
To be fair it's normally fairly healthy stuff I'm eating.
