I wanted to be certain if I've done wrong here ... or not. I can learn a lesson either way learning what not to do. I shared a story I wrote myself ... published on my own blog. I shared this story here as it was a silly story. Did I do wrong? Photo, story, my blog is my own ... at Happycolorsandgrannygee.blogspot.com . I would appreciate so much knowing exactly so I don't repeat a mistake ... and if I did wrong ... I can remove my story. I wrote that I was sharing it from my blog and such. Thank you, JJ @JolietJake! I don't want to get on a bad foot here as I enjoy so much being here. I apologize if I did something I shouldn't have. Don't mind telling me ... I don't mind being told. Gloria

I think that this post by Admin might be relevant. He has also said (it must have been in a response to a discussion, I think) that, if you want to reuse content which has been published elsewhere, you should make sure that it no longer exists where it was originally published.
I will keep this brief, as a simple guide to what is and is not permitted regarding recycled content. You may only use portions of it, as part of a larger...

That is the rule now I think almost everywhere. Just need to make sure it is not published somewhere else with that title, etc. How I have always gone around this, is might talk about almost the same thing everywhere, but change each topic thought to where it is not the same, maybe like housework for instance talk about one form of cleaning here, another one on the Blog etc just to make sure it is not just the same thing everywhere.

Thank you so much. I sure don't want to do something not allowed. It really feels bad to find out I did.

I believe that the content you publish here should not be published anywhere else. So in effect if you have it on your blog it is still on the net making it duplicate content.
