My line phone is dead.

I have had a dead line phone for 3 days now. First I decided to wait, thinking that it was something about the lines.
But now it is too much and I asked my daughter to talk to the company from her line phone. I´d spend all my money in machines if I did if from my cell phone.
After a lot of talking to the call center (which my daughter claims it´s not even in the country) they said that a technician would come on monday to fix it. I don´t trust them.
Technology is many times just another way to give poor service to people that are paying.
What do you think?

Yes every time you phone them here you have to repeat the same procedure over and over talking to a machine grrr and most of the times they hang up on you so that you have to keep phoning over and over.

Wait till Monday then and see if they really do turn up. I know its a bind to put up with that till then.
Sometimes we have had the Internet off for days and the times we have restarted the Computer every time they say is enough to make you scream.
One time the lines had been ahem given a short back and sides by someone who we don´t know and we were without a proper internet for about two months altogether all thanks to a Brazilian guy who discovered the breaks and cuts and restored it entirely and right quick as well.
We nearly got to having Dinner with them sometimes they were here so often.

They do that very well yes they do and they did not offer us a refund for all the downtime we had because of them.
All I can say is that they did not bother to look very far to find the problem.
Like I said we almost invited them to Dinner and Tea they were there at the most awkward hours. But again at least one did bother to look bless him and he was surprised and I was not as I knew something had to be there coming to the House so many times like they did.

I know a number to call, but if I did that from my cell phone I´d spend the money of my whole monthly plan in a call.

Someone told Claudia that a technician would come on Monday. I will believe it when I see it.
