@Bodyandbrain It does have a certain amount of caffeine in it but I don't think tea is too bad healthwise.

@JudyEv okay! But here most people think it's affecting their health.

This is not fair. You never asked me. I cannot survive without that early morning cuppa which is responsible to get that spring in my step

I love tea. I drink it all the time.
The only negative effects are caffeine. If I drink caffeinated tea too late in the day it'll keep me awake; and, if I forget to drink some caffeine I will get a caffeine withdrawal headache.
I drink flavored teas. White chocolate obsession is my favorite.

I have been a tea lover. In fact, all my family members love tea.I never take less than four cups of tea in a day.And I'm in a very good shape, quite fit and well. All I know is,excess of anything,be it tea or something else,is harmful for health.

I started to take green tea recently. People say it is good for health.
Too much of tea is not good for kidneys. Also sugar added in tea has bad effects.

Yes green tea is good for health. (regular tea is acidic while green tea is alkaline, they effect the pH level of our stomach and blood)

@Bodyandbrain Yes, you are right. It also depends how we have been brought up. If one was offered tea since beginning, s/he would start liking tea and it will become part of his/her life.

Tea for me. Coffee I prefer only cold. Can manage warm if no tea available. But yea first preference.
Though I do not like to drink it when out. Somehow nobody manages to make it nicely or to rather state the way I like to drink
. When out I land up preferring coffee or nothing.
But yeah to start my day at home a cup of tea and that does the trick.

I mean I have my moments. Sometimes I'm like anti Coffee because I could get addicted, so I go back tea and do that for a few months but then some how Coffee creeps back into my life. Begging for forgiveness and then I forgive it, which switch me back to Coffee. It's a never ending cycle.

I like both tea and coffee so it's hard to decide which one I prefer. Depends on my mood really, what I fancy drinking at the time. It's normally either green tea or black coffee.

Prefer coffee. Excess of anything is harmful for our system. They say green tea is good for health.

Yes, many people prefer coffee, but most are moving to green tea and butter milk.
