ATM Taxes - Up

Before little pulling cash money from ATM I realised that ATM Taxes jumped up. I saw it in my Internet banking. Really the banks ride us. This is my opinion. It looks like as if this is a very small sum but what has happened to ATM - they are the same as they were before pulling extra money from our pockets?

You cannot runaway from tax, unless you are too smart not to pay taxes legally.

I know that I cannot run away from the taxes. Also I am not too smart not to pay them legally.
