Maybe I'm being a bit radical, but ... if it is not to repair some sequel or some blemish that really bothers you, I think it's pure futility.
The various attempts to stop time may work momentarily, but they certainly alter the DNA of your cells, and the end results are unpredictable.

if it's not to correct a real problem,it's just vanity.
a lot of people that go overboard end up looking like muppets.
i'd rather be wrinkled.
