Valentine's Day

Hope your Valentine's Day has started alright. My husband informed me he tried to find me a card with Keroppi on it. Keroppi is a frog by Sanrio and I love frogs. I'm not sure if we will go out; however, my daughter is going out with her boyfriend.
If I'm making dinner have no idea what I'll yet. I will be making my husband's favorite cookie an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie just hope he wants them healthy, as I'll be using applesauce and no oil. Are you making anything special?

That is great and I'll be making one of them in April for my husband's birthday. I just don't know what kind yet. Have a wonderful day.
