Orange Eggs

This is one of my favorite street food. It is called kwek-kwek. It's brightly colored egg because of orange batter that covers the egg. I like the regular eggs and the small quail eggs. It's very tasty with sweet vinegar and onions. I can eat one big egg or three small eggs.

@averygirl72 - People often say that. But I can't remember a street food vendor ever being sued. All the vendors I ever bought food from had regular customers.

You don't have them there? It's easy to do you need to mix flour with little water add some seasoning then add orange food color. You will cover the egg then deep fry them. Dip them in vinegar with sugar and onions

@averygirl72 _Yes, the science of color psychology is use by business to influence human behavior. That is why companies that spend millions in product design and packaging take out surveys first to see which color and design is more appealing to prospective customer

I've never seen this although I have had whole tiny eggs in a soup once when we had a meal on a Chinese ship.
