Are you in a habit of keeping a check on the amount of calories you are taking on an average in a single day... I usually try to do so and have installed a app in phone for it as well.. There are so many these kind of apps available on playstore. They are really helpful.

That's too scientific for me, I just do my exercise without looking for my downed calories.

Either you exercise or count your calories both are equally good.

I don't think it's necessary to count calories because you should pay attention on sugar and carbs as well. So not only calories tell do you eat healthy.

I have a journal and am writing down everything I'm eating or drinking. Its made a big difference, so have lost weight and feel better. I am exercising on my treadmill and my Wii Fit.

I used to, when I had an eating disorder! So now I don't, I can usually guess the calories of what I eat and I know I usually don't exceed. If I did, the scale would tell.
