Shades Of Gray

Today’s song association is a bit on the downside. There was some hope early in the morning when a bit of sun shone through. Then the gray clouds came and the rest of the day seemed rather dark and dreary. My cat Sid had no problem he just curled up and went to sleep. I watched some favorite videos to cheer up and this song “Shades of Gray” by The Monkees came to mind.
I guess that in a way I am a bit low because another weekend is coming up and I have lots of housework piled up. The only joy I’ll have is that after I have done some cleaning up I will be able to get online and do some interacting on myLot and on some of my other sites. That always cheers me up too.
Do gray days make you a bit down?

Yes, the weather has an influence on my mood. Sunny with the sun, gloomy with overcast.

yes, housework is dull but it needed to be done. Since hubby doesn't do much, he can't complain as I tell him to do it if he complains ;)
