I Find This Weird

All through my life I have had stress and strain. I was very shy when a child and so school and any social gatherings were hard for me. I have had depression of some degree throughout my life also. I was diagnosed with severe depression with panic attacks in 2006. Stress comes on for me with a stomach ache. Now, here is what I think is weird. I have had tests and so forth but have never been diagnosed with an ulcer or other stomach ailments of any kind.

Strange, but the stress can upset your stomach for sure. It is amazing you do not have an ulcer Celtic, but I am glad you dont. I had the beginnings of an ulcer when I was just fourteen with all the fighting in the house (parents)

Same here. It was just my shyness though. I find it weird that I went all of these years and had not gotten one.The ex's, the kids, etc.

I am sorry that you have those issues. My stress has caused anxiety attacks and other symptoms that formed to Fibromyalgia to set in. Stress can cause other medical issues to worsen.

Our body is a mystery. Has your shyness improved as you've gotten older?

Yes, it has. And I taught my daughter to do things and not be shy like I was.
