I don't think our tax can be mainly used for the good usage. But anyway, this is not my point in this discussion. We pay a lot of tax every month. However, when your income is up to a level, you have to register your information to the tax department. Perhaps they need to pay attention to you? OK, my husband is up to that level. So he tried to register it via the net since yesterday. The problem is he need to receive a code from his mobile phone so that he can enter the system. And from yesterday, even at night, he couldn't receive this code and he had tried it for many times. Of course meanwhile I called the tax department to tell them this error. This early morning I let him try again since I think the system shall be OK after a day, especially nobody will enter it since it is early morning. But he can't receive the code yet. OK, I called the tax department and phone company. It seems they have no errors and it is all my faults I called them many times since yesterday to report this error. And today I even waited for nearly half an hour and finally someone picked up the phone and the solution is let me try it tomorrow, the day after tomorrow... In brief, keep trying They must accept that it is something wrong with their system and they have to solve it. Is it that difficult to admit it is their faults? This is the service to a taxpayer and I don't find it honorable at all.

We are going through this exact same problem now. They send a code on the mobile, etc, etc. In the end Vince was able to get through but it is very frustrating. Good luck.

I already entered the first step with the password, but I can't do it next since this system hasn't sent the code to our mobile phone. How frustrating it is! I think in the future when we enter a system, there will be many steps and if one fails, you can't do anything. This is a very stupid design.

That is quite a bit of struggle to get that measly code. If they do not admit their mistake this will be a long story. Just a suggestion. How about re-registering?

You can't do it. It is not like signing up a new email account The user name is your ID card number and it is unique.

Terrible, they are doing tax payers a deservice, what if you get a penalty for late payment simply because their system is at fault?

I don't know. I just hope this problem will be solved soon. You know this is the style of the government departments. This is why I am angry to it. Of course, I know finally it will be our faults.

@youless I could undrestand that, in our country I just pay an accountant accredited by our government around 24 dollars a month as retainers fee so he will take care of all my problems, I hate doing taxes and dealing with government agencies

I don't mind paying taxes, as long as its fair and reasonable, it would be nice, however to pick and choose where and what department you want your taxes that you paid out to go to.
