tuna salad lunch

The way my pants fit me these days tells me that I need to eat less bread and more vegetables right now. Instead of making a tuna salad sandwich, I put a scoop of tuna salad on top of some salad greens, mixed it together, and ate it with a fork. It made a satisfying lunch, and I felt less guilty. The kids ate either leftover chicken from last night or PB&Js. They all had carrot sticks (actually the baby had cottage cheese, fruit cubes, and the remainder of a container of vegetable/pasta dinner baby food in the fridge. I need to either make him more baby food or buy some more).

I´m eating asparragus as a dinner. If I am hungry later, I´ll ear a banana. I should eat less too.

@spiderdust As I don´t feel well, I just cooked them. No salt, no oil, nothing. Still they are good.

We ate quite a bit of tuna when we were doing Atkins a few years back. I lost 25 pounds.

Nice! I keep forgetting how easy it is to fix. I should have it for lunch more often.

I am losing weight, but I have to watch my carbs in particular. I have had a lot of bread today, but will have less this evening. I had some purchased sea food salad and some guacamole.

I also have to watch my carbs. I've been a bit lazy about it over the past few months since I've been nursing a baby, but it's starting to catch up with me. He's eating other things now, so I'm not burning as many calories by producing milk.

I'm sooo tired of eating healthy... the biggest problem is bread I have to admit!
