Red Rubber Ball

Today’s song association refers to a song called “Red Rubber Ball” from 1966 by The Cyrkle. The reason I was reminded about this song is that in the song if says that everything will finally be alright and the morning sun will come up like a red rubber ball. This all has to do with last night. I was up late working on my PC and finally when I decided I should get into bed and at lest rest I stopped working at around 2 AM. I fell asleep only to be woken up about two hours later when hubby came up from downstairs where he had been watching some documentaries on his laptop. I was groggy and I responded something to what he said but then fell right back to sleep. Then just before 6 AM Sid started meowing demanding his breakfast. I felt like a drunken sailor and got him his food. By that time hubby was up again as well. I gave up on sleeping some more and went through some emails on my PC. However despite this crazy night the morning sun did come up like a red rubber ball. How many such crazy nights have you had?
