the sassy little sheep

Or, The Frisky Flock.
The first half of my bus journey, taking me to the delights of a working day, is along roads which are surrounded by fields. These fields are generally boring to look at, with not much going on in them.
But there's one little field in which lives a ginormous pile of manure and a tiny little flock of sheep. Every time we pass this field the sheep are having so much fun! They run up the ginormous pile of manure. They run down the ginormous pile of manure. They stand in a line at the very top and then scamper along it. It's their own personal playground and although some seem to be playing alone, others seem to be playing together. I wonder what they're saying to each other. No Lydia, you're doing it wrong! Charlie, stop pushing and wait your turn! Careful Ethel! Do you want to play with us, Simon? Wheeee, this is so much fun! Let's do it again!
I wish I could take a photo, but the bus is too quick, and I sit on the wrong side.
The second half of the journey is not quite as exciting as we go through town and then the bus gets crowded and I just can't bear it anymore ...
*smile*

Hmmm, if he turned around wouldn't the bus then have to go forward?

@Poppylicious Not if he carries on driving on the left.

@WorDazza This is like one of those ridiculous maths problems, and now I'm stumped and my head can't work it out. Seriously. I am so daft.

@poppylicious Oh to be a silly sheep with nothing to do except run up and down hills of manure.

A flock of sheep playing in a ginormous pile of manure is something that I cannot undo seeing. Thank you for that!

@Poppylicious nah, there's no going back from a ginormous pile of manure!

Reduce the size of your imaginary manure pile. Okay, just a little bit more. There now, is it better when it's only a little pile!?

@Poppylicious I hope one day you can take a picture of those sheeps when you pass by their field.

I like watching the world wake up at that time of the morning. :)

I am still stuck on "delights of a working day". I've yet to work out what could be so delightful about it!
Eek, those sheep sure know how to have fun!

@Poppylicious Ever thought to trade places with them? The stench can't be nearly as bad as everyone says!

@ScribbledAdNauseum I wouldn't have the energy to keep up with them at that time of day!

At least you can make your own entertainment, apparently, Elizabeth... nothing wrong with your imagination from where I'm sitting! (grinning and teasing you!)
You could always turn the oncoming people into sheep, too, right
? What would they be saying as they crowded onto the bus? Owww! My little feet hurt! These shoes are too tight! No, no, Ethel, that is MY seat! You sit across the aisle! I don't WANT to go to work today!
But, just like the real sheep, nobody cares to listen.
Okay, children, it is time to take our nap!
Good night!

@Poppylicious Oh! You must have booked your ride with the curmudgeon special! What you need to find is the bus filled with the late night partiers! You can sit by one of them, get high from breathing in the air he just breathed out and have not one care in the world by the time you get to work! LMAO! (IF you can stand his breath, that is!)
So, how often do you and @WorDazza see each other on the bus? (I already know you don't sit with him
! Mrs. WorDazza said if she found him sitting beside a beautiful woman again... well, let me just say... She watched very closely how the vet did that operation on their dog... If WorDazza isn't harmless yet, it's not for lack of trying on his part!

My imagination means I will never be the sort of person who suffers from loneliness. The people on the bus aren't cute or playful enough to be sheep. Some of them are more like snappy crocodiles or sleepy sloths. :)

They were so adorable. The one at the front waits for all of them to get up so they can run together!

You should sit in the right side in one day so you can take the image of the sheeps
