Or, The Frisky Flock. The first half of my bus journey, taking me to the delights of a working day, is along roads which are surrounded by fields. These fields are generally boring to look at, with not much going on in them. But there's one little field in which lives a ginormous pile of manure and a tiny little flock of sheep. Every time we pass this field the sheep are having so much fun! They run up the ginormous pile of manure. They run down the ginormous pile of manure. They stand in a line at the very top and then scamper along it. It's their own personal playground and although some seem to be playing alone, others seem to be playing together. I wonder what they're saying to each other. No Lydia, you're doing it wrong! Charlie, stop pushing and wait your turn! Careful Ethel! Do you want to play with us, Simon? Wheeee, this is so much fun! Let's do it again! I wish I could take a photo, but the bus is too quick, and I sit on the wrong side. The second half of the journey is not quite as exciting as we go through town and then the bus gets crowded and I just can't bear it anymore ... *smile*
